Ohio Licensed Home Inspector and founder of The Ferguson Team since 2000, Paul leads our Pillar To Post franchise with over 35,000 inspections completed. As CEO, he ensures top-tier service while actively sponsoring and teaching CE classes for real estate agents, elevating industry standards.

Heidi Ferguson

• B.S. 2000, University of Akron

 
Heidi has been a Franchise Owner for The Ferguson Team since 1999. She has been married to Paul for over 22 years and they have 4 wonderful children. In Heidi’s free time she loves spending time with her family and vacationing as much as possible.

Spencer Litman

A Certified Home Inspector since 2020, Spencer specializes in electrical systems with a construction background. He teaches CE classes for real estate agents and trains our inspectors, ensuring precision and excellence in every inspection.

Joining in 2023 after starting with Pillar To Post in 2018, Glenn is a licensed Home Inspector, Radon Specialist, and Septic/Well Inspector. With over 2,500 inspections and a BBA from Kent State, he leads and trains our team to uphold high standards.

Mark Hershberger

A licensed Home Inspector since 2008, Mark is our most experienced inspector, having completed over 3,500 inspections. Licensed in Radon and Wood Destroying Insect inspections and very experienced in well and septic inspections, his dedication to quality ensures exceptional service.

John Spencer

A licensed Home Inspector since 2017, John has completed over 3,000 inspections. With prior roofing expertise and certifications in Radon and Septic/Well inspections, he’s our in-house Well and Septic expert, vital to our team’s success.

Dan Kinney
Home Inspector

Since 2021, Dan, a licensed Home Inspector and Certified Mold Inspector, has completed over 1,750 inspections. His 10 years running a contracting business enhance his ability to assess structural and environmental issues with precision.

Adam Abdullah

Joining in 2024, Adam, a licensed Home Inspector and Certified Mold Inspector, brings seven years of property rehab and rental management experience from Akron. His expertise ensures thorough and reliable inspections.

Joyce Bailey

Joyce has been with the Ferguson team since 2023. Joyce is the glue that holds our team together and keeps the ship running. Her and her husband Rob have been married for 23 years and have 1 son and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and watching her nieces and nephews sporting event. Her and Rob enjoy vacation with their families.

Anna Karos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Mount Union
• Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management and Administration from Cleveland State University
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

 
Anna has been with the Ferguson Team since 2020 as the Marketing Director. Her and her husband Tom own CrossFit HighGear in Medina, OH with their business partners as well as owning rental properties in Wadsworth and Medina. Tom and Anna have a son, Graham, and a black lab, Bensen. In her free time Anna enjoys working out, eating food, traveling and spending time with her friends and family. Anna loves to host Bible studies in their home and have an open door policy where all are welcome!

Jill McMahon

Jill has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2017.

In 2023 she joined the Ferguson Team as the Marketing & Relationships Specialist. She never works a day in her life as she loves her job with all her heart. ♥️

Jill’s passion is PEOPLE. She loves creating relationships and connecting people. She also enjoys spending time with her family & friends. She is the momma of 4 beautiful girls & a proud GiGi.

Justin Ferguson

A licensed Home Inspector with over two years of experience, Justin joined as a University of Akron student. Requested by agents for his professionalism, he makes his dad (Owner and Founder Paul Ferguson) proud, upholding our team’s high standards and integrity.
